1. Traveling by plane, offering live score:

· 2 Yonex ICT Team crew members.

· For build-up we need 4 to 12 hours, match control and the courts must be in place before.

· Network, available at match control with an upload speed of 1 Mb/S for 1 video stream, 2 Mb/S for 2 video streams.

· One 230Volts/16Amp. connection with no other users at match control.

· At Match control we need one table for the servers and printer.

· We must know the court numbers and the positions of the umpire’s chair.

· At every umpire chair we need 230Volt/6Amp. for the live score computer.

· At match control we need a laser printer (with installed software) for printing the score sheets.

· For the Video camera we need 230Volt/6 Amp. and a network cable to match control.

· The Video camera will cover court on which the finals are played.

· We will arrive one day before the event starts.

2. Traveling by plane, offering live score and connections with LCD (plasma) screens:

· 2 Yonex ICT Team crew members.

· Organizer will take care of the LCD screens and computers.

· The same conditions as above, but:

· Build-up time will be 8 to 16 hours.

· Match control and the courts must be in place before.

· We need 230Volt/ 16Amp. for every set of 1 or 2 screens and computer. (1 court, one side).

· Computers must be clean, no passwords and Windows XP or Vista, legal versions.

· All computers must be connected by network cable to match control.

· If 230Volt and network cable is available, we can make all the connections and installations.

· We will arrive 2 days before the event starts.

3. Traveling by car and trailer( 20m3):

· 2 Yonex ICT Team crew members.

· In this case we will bring more items than only live score and screens on court.
e.g. Video wall, internet cafe, big projector, presentation in press centre and/or VIP room.

· Build-up time 12 to 20 hours.

· For the internetcafe we need for every computer and screen one small table and one chair.

· We need a 400Volt/32 or 16 Amps. CEE connection or min. of 3 x 230Volt/16 Amps. with no other users.

· We will arrive 2 days before the event starts.

4. Traveling by car with trailer (20m3) and a small truck (16m3):

· 4 Yonex ICT Team crew members.

· We will bring all our equipment but not included the big projector 10.000 ansi lumen, the copiers and the audio set. For these items we must make separate appointments for transport, costs and service.

· Build-up time 2 till 4 days.

· We need 400Volt/63 or 32Amps. CEE connection.

5. To make use of the big projector, the copiers or the audio set, we need to make a separate deal on every item, because of transport and costs of these items.

6. Internet connections:

· Must be available at match control.

· We need to know the name and the telephone number of the person responsible for the phone backup to Bwin.

· We need the telephone number and name of the person/company responsible for the LAN with access codes to router/modem.

· Also the name and telephone number of the on duty person responsible for the LAN. Data on firewalls and closed gates should be available.

7. General:

· We need a hotel room for every Yonex ICT Team member.

· A room to work and to store our equipment. This room must be big enough for our equipment and we need a minimum of 3 tables and 3 chairs. In case 1 and 2 a minimum of 12m2 is required, in case of 3 and 4 a minimum of 20m2. The room must be locked and we need a key. There must be a alarmsystem or a 24 hours guard in the venue presence. Our insurance is very strict about this.

· We need to know the name and address of the venue and the hotel. Also the name and telephone number of our contact person.

· As soon as you have signed the Bwin contract, please let us know the date and time when the venue is available for us to build up.
